Here are three quick tips to get you started with support:

  • Be as detailed as possible. The more information you can provide us, the quicker we can help you out. State your issue, when it happened, and post a link and login details if possible. By default we make your post private, so you don’t have to worry about providing confidential information.
  • Check your plugins. Many times faulty or out-of-date plugins cause conflicts with themes. This is a good first step to take to determine whats wrong with your theme.
  • Read the documentation carefully. Many times the answer you’re looking for has been covered in both the docs and FAQs. These are included here in the Knowledge Base.
